Jeffrey has a very busy day tomorrow so everyone who has his schedule please familiarize
yourself with whom we are expecting and at what time. Let them in by physically
opening the door. Make sure the door is firmly closed behind them.
We have to be very careful as the door is giving problems at the moment. It does not close
on its own. Someone left the house after Hoffenberg had been ringing and the
door did not close behind them. When I got to the door there was a silver car
parked outside and an elderly man which I think could have been him started
rushing to get out the car when he saw me at the door. The car is now gone.
When you leave the house please do not walk off the front door step until
you are absolutely certain that the door is closed behind you. If you are not
sure then call someone on the inside and ask them to check. When you enter
the house please also make sure it is closed behind you.
We have now got a bolt on the inside of the front door. At night the door needs to be
bolted from the inside AND the second door between the oval room and
Rich's office that leads into the entrance hall needs to be locked. I am
usually the last person to leave so I will liaise with Lynn and Karyna to bolt
it behind me.
