Wow...I'm glad you gave me the heads up on Ray! think he is wearing shorts today!
Just standing outside waiting for ty for 13 minutes to arrive from school was
brutal! For sure you should touch base with Ray and have him come see you_my
appt with him is at 10:30am on Monday Nov. 18...Ray spoke of you very highly...he
said y'all were great to work with...it's nice to know the whole background.
I am saying we will move in March, but who knows..coudl be earlier...easier to
think March and be pleasantly surprised if it is earlier!
Take care,

house, made recommendations based on people he liked for that, and a few other
projects he'd done. Since they had gotten so much business from the development
deals, they gave us a good deal but I felt like their pricing was competitive and
(for the ones we used) a little lower than some people our builder gave us.

reliability good too. They warned me, so I'll pass this along....Ray is a big
gruff-looking, tattooed guy who often wears shorts even in the winter - but he is
really sweet and easy to work with! I need him to come fix a handle on one
shower, so maybe I'll have him come by after he meets with you. Good reminder!

Just curious, is he a one man shop? How did you find him?
