I would love to be able to give you an answer to this, but I really don't know...I
call or email him whenever I have an issue I can't figure out-we never spend a
ton of time on the phone ...more like 10 minutes...accept for the time when we did
the big overhaul on my contacts here on my home computer...sorry Bella, but I
really can't be specific. I will try to copy you any time I contact Scott from
here on out
