Unfortunately, since the reservation you booked prior to speaking
with me was booked thru the Disney Vacation Line, it will be
necessary for you to call them to cancel it and have your deposit
refunded. I am unable to touch a reservation that was not booked
thru Group/Wedding reservations. I apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause.
