Subject: BBB meeting September 22
Dear Lesley,
Pm the chairman for BBB in New York and I heard from Barbro that we will have a little
gathering with Jeffrey on the 22nd. I would like to confirm some information with you before
sending out the invitation to the girls.
Since the 22nd is a Sunday, I think 6pm to 8/9 pm would be good time.
What do we plan to have as refreshements? Pm thinking bubbly and some canapes.
Please, also confirm address.
We count on about 10 people in total, but will let you know exact number on beforehand.
