Can you have your builder (Berkeley) complete the items and $ amounts he has completed and
is asking for payment. The first document has 2 pages. One for the Owner to
sign And One for the GC to sign and attest to.
Please return these dots to me when completed. I can then order an inspection based on what
you are looking for in terms of reimbursements.
