I spoke with the FedEx representative again this morning.
There is an additional Declaration for Free Entry of Unaccompanied Articles form they had me fill
out and submit.
I'm told once it is processed, they should let the items in the country without further interruption
of service.
I will circle back with this group once I have confirmation.
