Martha perry Realestatc analysis for you. There Is a dump listing for $2,695,000! It is at 1380
Ponus ridge. Built 1956. 2 homes on Oenoke ridge have decreased their listings. 1071 and 1268
O.R. 424 south ave is listed at $2,875,000. It is 5306 sq ft with .66 acres. I'll give to you. All
