• Are we expecting a K-1 from Mangrove Partners Fund, LP?
• We noticed there are three (3) 1098 mortgage interest statements for 120 Oak
Street. Did you re-finance? Can you please provide us with the principal balance
for the year for each bank?
• Were your 4th quarter estimates paid in December or January?
• Did Leslie contribute any money to the IRA? We have documentation that you
contributed $5,000?
• Would you prefer to have any refunds or balances due to go through your bank
account #xxxxxxx3886?
If anything else comes up during the review process, we will reach out to you
accordingly.
