Hi Gi....turns out ION will not be available!
BUT it is ok, because instead we can offer 2 apartments to Jerry and his son..both will be on the
11th Floor. They will stay in 11B and 11P (fyi, 11B is larger...11P is a studio, but they are both
recently renovated and very nice)
