Maybe someone in the office can print this for Lyn and Jojo or Rich tomorrow if they cant
manage. My bones are fusing and it is really best I move around as little as possible. I am being
very strict again about only getting out of bed to use the restroom or shower as I had gotten a
little less strict and was starting to feel more pain.
