yep. i know. don't know why it was not in there. I really think there is enough padding in other
places that we will be able to get money for that we don't spend in those areas...which will help
cover the costs of things that are wrong, completely missed, etc. At least I really hope so! I
know he is off on appliances...he has $25,000. That will not be enough. The fridge we want is
$10,000. BUT, for the kitchen he has $85,000 ...I don't know how much a kitchen costs, but
hopefully, not that much and we money there for appliances.
