Ok. In the meantime take a look at the estimate/actuals. We should maybe talk quickly tomorrow if you
want.

We may have to cancel tomorrow because the crane company can't make it there. How about we meet
at your convenience on Monday after work?

Robert,
I'm not sure if you are aware but the 1-3 inch forecast turned into 8 - 10 inches with the snow just letting

up a short while ago.
We are not going to send our crew and crane in until Monday as it is going to take a full day, tomorrow,
for your laborers and excavator to remove the snow from this site. And the crane company won't come
out tomorrow due to the weather / road conditions. The forecast is good for the next few days so this
should be the final delay in completing this installation.
I understand your frustration but site preparation and access is your responsibility. We originally
planned on 4 days for this installation and it is now turning into 6. Site conditions and weather have not
worked in either yours or our favor. Let's work together and get this done!
Thank you,
Tami
"The crane company asked that the area where they will be setting up the crane (just to the right of
where he was originally set up) be leveled and scrapped of the mud that is on the surface. He'd like
access to this location so he can drive straight in without having to make any turns to avoid getting stuck
like he did last Friday.

Tami,
Remember I already cleaned up those footings several times. I had an excavator go up
there on Tuesday thinking that something would get done. I also had laborers go up
there on Monday.
No crane, no walls installed. A whole week goes by then I have to send my excavator up
there again on Saturday.
I just want to get this done so I will accommodate.
But I already cleaned up the footings and brought an excavator up there why should I
have to pay for this?

PS Because I already paid you. Not really good for return business

Robert,
New Canaan is expecting 1- 3 inches of snow tonight and then another 1-2 inches tomorrow
mixture of snow and rain.
I have my crew and crane scheduled to be there Saturday first thing in the morning but I need
for you to have your laborers and excavator there as well for snow removal and to
address any site accessability issues. If this can't happen please let me know because
we will not return on Saturday if not.
We will plan on finishing up the installation on Monday if all goes well on Saturday.
Please make sure the site is protected and drained so there is no water present in the hole when
we arrive.
Thanks,
Tami

Robert,
I understand what I said last Friday but the weather forecast has changed. I've
attached the current forecast for New Canaan, CT so you can
take a look, it doesn't look good. It's unfortunate that we are
running into so many delays with this project and believe me
I'd like it completed as much as you. Our last correspondence
with Wayne was that we would check the weather and speak
tomorrow afternoon.
Thanks,
Tami

Tami,
This is what I got last week. We had a pump
blow out and we had to hand shovel some cave
ins; it was all done. What is the hold up? I don't
get paid until the foundation is up. I never pay
subs before they are done. Except for you

guys. Dumb idea. We have good weather this
Thursday. Half the week is gone let's get this
done on Thursday Friday and Saturday. This is
three weeks and I thought it was going to be
three days. I have a framer coming and if I miss
him I won't see him for 6 weeks.
