I actually love all stucco...i dont know what "antiqued european stucco" is but I will try and look
it up...could we do the stone precast surrounds on the windows if we didn't do stone (possibly
stucco is not as thick as stone and we would not go over the impervious edge allowed by our
town)

You could always up grade your roof anytime. You could also go with antiqued
European stucco with stone accents to save.

I hope this finds you well.
The roof shingle is a 40 year asphalt shingle. It is by GAF and the series is
called "slateline". Attached is a link for you.
Thanks

Hello Brian...l hope you don't mind me reaching out to you...l saw a beautiful home of
yours on Houzz located at The Point on Lake Norman out side of Charlotte,
NC...Dustin Peck Photography may have posted it...it is a brick home with gate entry
into a somewhat circular drive on a lake! ...can you tell me what kind of roof you used
on this house? Is that slate? Real or Faux? what is the name of the color(s) used?
Or perhaps it is not slate???
I am building a home in and really like this look..
If you have a moment to shoot me back an email, it would be much appreciated!
