Yesterday was my day off, so I am late replying to your email. Sorry for the
delay.
The best way to have the Advantium fixed is to have GE service repair it. The
number to call is 800-386-1215 (after a couple prompts a real person will help
you).
When the Advantium is speed cooking the turntable will turn (according to the
owner's manual for the current version).
I hope you enjoy using the Advantium as much as I think you will.

Hi Tom! So you got me thinking on my Advantium oven/microwave and how I am not
using it to its full potential at all'' As I had mentioned when I was with you
a couple of sunday's ago, the turntable is broken and no longer rotates...is this
something your repair guys could come out and have a look at for me? I can of
course just call your store and talk to whoever you tell me to speak with and
make an appt...can you steer me in the right direction?
Also, do you know if when you use the Advantium as an oven if the turntable
rotates or does it stay still? I know as a microwave it is to rotate, but was
not sure if that held true when using as an oven.
