Here are answers to your questions re: the North Salem care taker position:
Not necessary to live on the property, but preferred
Yes, it is fulltime
No, the person would do be responsible for the lawn
As far as heating/cooling systems - the person would not have to fix something if
it was broken, but they would be responsible for reporting a problem and meeting
with vendor to repair
There would be some cleaning responsibilities
They would be responsible for making sure everything works and if not then
reporting and scheduling vendors for repairs if needed - i.e. TVs, phones,
computers, cars, etc

Hi Kim...Eva called letting me know of the 2 positions she is trying to fill at
the moment...
Can you expand on the Caretaker for South Salem? This is a home they have in
South Salem, NY? How big is it? Does this person need to live there? Or if
they lived near by that would be ok? What would the 'caretaker' do? Does that
include cleaning the house? Mowing lawns, taking care of heating/cooling...I
think this job was full time? (she did say the person should be able to do some
light cooking and be able to drive)
Anything else you could give me would be great.
I know the other position is for a housekeeper here in the city for weekends,
light cooking and be able to drive...
