Our neighbor is warning us drainage issues are huge in ow town. Read below .. She says to stay
on top of it for sure! Kathy is our neighbor up the street from us on Oak. She tore down her
house and rebuilt a few years back. She also said the permit fee is high because they take one
percent of the value of your house for low income housing. That is why our permit is high! I
wrote the check today and sent to paul Payne

Yes. That is the one issue that the town inspectors will kill you on.
My friend on South had to spend an additional SIOOk for sewers etc after house
was completely done.
It has also been a huge issue next door.
