I told Dr. Kaplan to take the money and run...and he still tried to get me to have 2 checks
writ-ten...i said it is not happening and he needs to try to deal with it on his end however he needs
to deal with it. Then he asked if we would fill out a questionnaire so that he could get matching
funds to the donation. I mean...driving me crazy. I said you can send what ever you would like
to send but I cannot promise anything will be filled out.
