As you know, we are moving towards approval of the financing for the
construction of the Groffs' loan. In order to avoid slow downs later on, there
are some things we can work on now that would help expedite the process.
They are itemized below:
• The contract has some blanks, particularly on the first page that need
to be filled in. Paragraph 1 needs the block and lot numbers. Article 3
has three blanks that need to be filled in. Articles 9 and 16 appear to
conflict (Elena tells me you might already be working on this).
• Please confirm that the final budget number is $1,945,765•
• Who are the Connecticut based subcontractors you will be using for
the construction (i.e. electrical, septic, plumbing, etc).
Once I get the finalized contract I can send it along with the budget out for
review. Thanks for you help with this.
