On behalf of our General Manager, Mr. Jan Goessing, we will be happy to make an
exception in Mr. Epstein's case and welcome him to use the pool between Sep 8th
and 29th, anytime between 11am and 5pm, provided no repair and maintenance work
is being done at that particular time. Kindly inform Mr. Epstein that it is
required to have him go through the "sign in" procedure prior to each use of the
swimming pool facilities. I have copied our Spa Management team on this message,
in case you need to reach out to them when I am not in the office.
