Pricing is $26 per person for food and $125 for each
employee (I was told two employees will be the most efficient
way to ensure exceptional service and an overall great
experience.) We will all pitch in to pay for Jules and Paul's
'head count' and I think a $20 tip for each employee would be
appreciated and fair. (I hope you all do too!)
Math goes like this:
$29 per person for food (we all share cost for J&P +
ourselves)
$17 for employees plus their tip of $20 each
Total per person is $46.00
If you could write me a check for your total (most of you will
be $92 total per couple) it would be tremendous. You can
send to me or give to me on the 11th...
I will pay Chef Luis with my own check for the total balance
night of...
Some of you have already offered apps, desserts and booze!
