yes... we absolutely must wait to have these inspections done once the renters
have moved. My plan is to have whoever we hire to the house on Monday Sept. 17
(since the 15th is a Sat)...anyway, we will have our ducks in a row and get done
what needs to be done in the order it needs to be done. Good thing is we live in
a great house already.
