Subject: Carlos called me from Chef Luis!
i feel much better about all this now...we finally spoke. He suggested bringing
a salad and a pasta vodka sauce with bacon and we will skip the shrimp fajitas
and only do the beef and chicken. They will arrive at 7:30 and set up and stay
for 2 to 2.5 hours, one person.
