Something like the bar would be cost plus 10%. I already include the basement and I put money in for.office.
The contract should be governed by Connecticut laws.
The Plan looks good. I may come up with John next Sunday if that is ok with you guys.

Yes! I love the changes we made. I have a couple other things I need to tell john: plans don't a
show a sink in the bar in game room and I want a sink in the island and a drawer dishwasher there
as well.
■has 2 questions regarding the contract.
I. Change orders? If we want to put to bar in game room on ther side is that a hange order? We
need more explanation
2. The contract states 'under the laws of NJ' in article 16.1

House Plans
-BASEMENT: No Play Room separated by a door in the
basement. We would like that whole area to be an Open
Basement Space (which we will use that whole area as the
Play Room)
MinBEDROOM, Bedroom 2: Could we get a tub and a shower
M bathroom? Possibly take out the seat in his bathroom
and put a tub there...we know you will have to carve into his
closet space to do this...but I think it would be enough closet
for him? Yes? No?
-BEDROOM 3, Guest Room: We want a shower for this room not
a tub.
**Our first choice is for .to have a Tub and a Shower in his
bathroom. If this is not possible, then second choice is to get
a tub and shower in Bedroom 3, the Guest Room...by
carving in to the Bulk Closet?
-MASTER BEDROOM: We would like French Doors to separate
the Bedroom and the Vestibule.
-MASTER BEDROOM: We would like an Interesting

Ceiling...Raised or a Tray Ceiling...I can't tell but I don't
think that is in the plan?
-FRONT ELEVATION: Make Window above front door a bit
larger
-DINETTE AREA: Transom Windows over the French Doors and
the Side Windows to the left and right of the French Doors
-FRONT ELEVATION, BEDROOM, Bedroom 3: What if
we put a Wrought Iron Railing on the Double Windows? To
match the Juliet Balcony Railing???
