A change order would be like adding Ike's gazebo out front. Let's add a fiberglass deck. Let's add another mahogany
library. Extras are not, adding an outlet there or crown molding or anything like that. I have that in the price. It would be
for something big like a second elevator or you want to finish the attic or radiant heat . It is for something big that would
add time. I am not looking to nickel and dime you on things.

I think what we are wanting to know is What constitutes a change order? If we
change something on the plans on site? Or if we have ordered materials for
something and change our minds? If you can try to explain in an email, great...or if
we need to talk, we can do that too...
