ok, sounds good to me. We definitely need 71st in proper working order !!
So, do we hire someone to clean 11B next Tues June 12th or wait till Sam
(hopefully) departs on June 22? As far as I know, we don't have anyone asking
for an apt between June 12-16 when Sam will be away...I do have Jeffrey Barton
asking if he can have an apt for the night of June 26 (JE usually says YEs to him
getting an apt if we have one!)
