Hi Jerry. Thank you so much For going over today, but our concern is the tree by 141 Ocnokc
ridge. Branches have been falling off the tree that hangs in to her yard. Did you have a look at
that? We will be tearing down and rebuilding at some point at 159 Oenoke Ridge so we don't
want to do too much to the trees yet. Once we figure out where house will be and construction
takes place we will want to look at how the trees fair and what the next step in proper care is. For
now our concern is the tree that over hangs 141 oenoke ridge. Please let me know what you think
needs to be done and provide a quote. Thanks, IcsIcy

Lesley,
I went over to the Oenoke house and looked at the trees on the border with house # 143. The
new landscaping is going in on that property and they are planting "new" spruce trees on the
border which are being shaded by your very mature spruce, hemlock and pine trees. What is
apparent is that the new spruce trees need more sunlight to grow which means you need to
raise the lower limbs on your mature trees in order to provide more sunlight to your neighbor's
new trees.
If this is what you were referring to, the estimated cost would be to raise the lower limbs on the
trees along the border to provide sunlight for the new landscaping: 53,240.0 plus tax.
There is much more work to be done on that property (tree wise). So when you move in we
should talk and discuss a plan of attack. Thank you for the opportunity.
