He is indeed going to be in New York May 10-12th.
Our Board of Directors meeting at the Broad ends late afternoon on May 10th, Eric suggested a
late dinner on Thursday May 10th around 8pm. Would the work for Jeffery?
If not let me know what other time might work and I'll confirm with Eric if he can do another
time.

Eric will be in New York City May 31-June 2 for the World Science Festival and wanted
to see if Mr. Epstein was available to meet with him while he is there. Thursday
May 31 is relatively open, please let me know if Mr. Epstein has anytime that day.
