the Operating Agreements for Advancestar LLC and Lofts 21 LLC...and the
Columbia Holding Subscription Agreement.
I do not see any Subscription Aggreement for Advancestar or Lofts 21...and I
don't have an Operating Agreement for Columbia Holding..
