Hi ....can you please confirm you reed the email with the scanned paperwork for JE's doctor
appt this Friday with Dr. Weidenbaum....did you print and have him fill in the blanks?
Just want to make sure he has...maybe he could fill out on plane ride back to NY on Wed...???
