In the phone under settings > store in an ID you can change it there to yours.
Issue is that any apps you bought under the JE are still tracked as his.
So to be rid of the issue you have to delete the apps you bought under his account and only keep
the ones you bought under your own.
You will have to re-buy apps you like under your account.
You need/deserve a support call, but I am really busy this week so, if you can get that approved
lets book a time just for you next week.
If this needs to happen sooner than than that wed might work but next week so much better.
