My flight arrives back on the 23rd around noon. You don't have to come here just to
leave me a welcome letter with the desk if it's not necessary. I saved all the info anyway
and all the doormen know me by now.

It is possible we have a guest stay in 11b while you are away, so best to put your
items in the front closet...

About the cable, yes Wednesday would be fine whether I am in the apt or not.

I've scheduled Time Warner to come in on Wed between 1lam-2pm to add cable
box to bedroom. You don't have to be there, but want to make sure that time frame

later today to have a look to get an idea of what it needs, type of curtains, etc so I
know how to proceed. Is that OK? Is there a time that works best for you? (again,
