Interviewed 3 chefs. All flakes. This chef position is harder then finding a 3. chef. I have one tasting next mon or tues with
a chef- ill have jen come once I lock the day down- have ads placed in 5 schools around the city- crazy how flaky that
person is that wants to do private work-
then the property mgr- few contacts working on this- but this position /a gin of a 5* property/ is also very hard. The 2 I
have just phone interviewed with- where way to uptight to handle jeff- but I'm out there pushing for both positions
Chef should come first-gm harder
