this is so weird...truly. Dr. Kaplan called yesterday and I told him we
requested a bill...he said "have Jeffrey come in and let me take a look at his
tooth and make sure it is healing ok and we can discuss his bill" I don't really
get it. I will let JE know that we have not rec'd a bill from him yet....
