Will let you know when I an schedule it. It is easy to paint and replace the
appliances. The re-tiling of the bathroom is a whole different project and we
will need to get the apartment vacant for a week.
I will look at the bathroom tomorrow perhaps it can be regrouted and cleaned up
somehow.
