John, es says it would be best to bring your china as Jeffrey's sets may be incomplete...and I
would think you will work in the DR for the formal party set up since that is where a formal party
would be!! ...and I am sure your recommendation on splitting the staff up in 2 groups is a great
idea! The assistants are looking very forward to all of this!

I recommend splitting staff up in 2 groups, I hour with each instructor. Helen will do 2
flower arrangements, one with each group.
