Subject Fwd: Conf# 355029 from Lotus
Ion could not find the car and says when be would call the driver the phone would only ring once
and not connect and driver never picked up. I recd a call from Citicar dispatcher at 6:37 saying
They couldn't locate Ion and he was not answering his phone. I tried calling Ion, texted and
emailed up to 6:50. At 6:58 Ion called me. I told him to call the dispatcher. Ion texted me at 7:12
saying he was in the car finally. Just all FYI as waiting time will be impacted here!
