I Alicia ...thank you for your response...I was able to get the MRI of the chest report for
Jeffrey from Yajaira but she also stated the abdomen report has not been
finalized...Appreciate your help! Lesley

This is Alicia I am Dr. Ting's medical assistant. I just looked into EPIC and
the final reports are still pending. I am hoping they will be ready by
Monday so that I can send them over to you. Also, I will need a HIPPA
release form signed by Mr. Epstein. If you need one I can send you one by
fax.
