Dear Jeffrey,
So very happy to think there is more interest in making this happen. We have pulled
together a very informal description and budget for the Dick Cavett episode of the
American Masters series. Of course, we are trying to get these details during the
holiday week, so we can't get all the hard numbers we will be able to in a couple of
weeks, but we hope this will provide a starting point for discussion. Please let us know
what else is needed and we'll get right on it as soon as everyone finished their eggnog.
