YES!!
Frederic Fekkai Salon is one of the top salons in NY...Frederic and JE are
friends...but the prices are outrageous. I almost feel guilty going there...I had my
hair cut and highlighted for about $800 last time I was there...crazy! and the
really amazing thing is, it is ALWAYS swamped when I go in....who are all these
people that can afford those prices!? ??
