Wanted to check in to see if Jeffrey had a chance to look over the proposal.
I hope I'm not bothering you with these, and if Jeffrey decided not to do this, that is fine, but
Governor Richardson wanted me to follow up, as we need to make program decisions for the
year.
Please let me know your honest assessment of this.
