Hi Jeffrey,
Since we visited the island (January -21-17)
About one month and 20 days ago
I've been diligently searching for the best location for your house.
I have played the helicopter video you sent me numerous times now.
And I keep studying Google Earth from all angles as well as checking the contours.
I finally believe the attached site (in white bubble and to relative scale) offers the best possibilities
for your house.
But, before reacting to it please let me explain why
I. First it is the best and most dominant location of the entire Island; it also has South West and
North West protected sides. Besides that you also have beautiful views towards the East (that will
be protected with large stone walls (for instance the theatre doesn't need windows or bunker with
Views) and the South East with Little St James views.
2. The relative natural plateau is around 200 meters by 60 meters in the corners and 90 meters
wide in the center (in comparison with the others it is the most generous one for development)
Therefore from our Architectural point of view, it is good enough to establish a very generous
house on the island and we bubble tested already on paper for the dimensions.
Please notice that we have not had the opportunity to visit this location (due to them building the
roads at the time of our visit) but some plans show a road going to this plateau.

3. Third you can see this location from little St James and from many other spots, and I believe
this its important to create synergy among the two islands.
Jeffrey, please begin to gear up for a presentation at your convenience. I am hoping we can make
it soon as I will illustrate the numerous advantages, and ways to block effectively the East winds;
while being able to enjoy the tremendous views (without being ever notice so as to keep your
privacy). I will even explain how to avoided St Thomas in the foreground (towards the West)
except from the kitchen windows (though you can enjoy the shimmering lights at night). I will do
that and illustrate the brief further with much more added detail.
I'm very excited that this location is so very versatile and it's coming together quite well.
It was while working with Sol in SA, that he showed us to never settle for good, but only for the
Great! Well you have definitely raised the design bar and we have taken that challenge on. Now
we are in a position to hand you a truly great design!
I'm very confident that after this presentation, it will spark something unique that will be the pride
of the island for years to come and off course for your enjoyment at Greater St James.
I'm awaiting your call, or let me know when and where a full presentation can be deliver to you,
that I call, a 360 emotional house ride for the senses on a daily living basis at the Island.
