Subject: EMERGENCY — please check on the ticket change for today!
A lot going on this early morning! I had to change ticket to a
Delta flight leaving today at 1:55 PM flying to JFK. Can you please check that
the ticket gets rushed through. We separated the ticket from her Aeroflot
return. Make sure all ok there. We should have a credit for her now.
I was going to change ticket as well but she decided she wants to wait
for her original delayed flight. It now departs 1 PM. Please make sure all good
with her ticket also. Thank you! The gal I spoke with did a super job!
