We have decided to go to market with traditional ppm (traditional paperwork LPs) for
Andra Capital late stage technology growth fund here in US and abroad for
institutional investors due to high demand for the fund Alt investment thesis. In
addition we will be announcing that Tim Draper will be co-manager of Andra
Capital late stage tech growth fund.
We also have signed agreement with US capital global as co book runner for the SIB
traditional fund. They have completed their due their diligence and have certified
Andra traditional ppm and will be placing it on market within next few weeks.
Based on this would your firm be interested of acting as co book runner to help introduce
