Would you be able to send me a front and back copy of his Medicare card so we can enter that
in his file? We already have his United Healthcare card.
The office visit will range between $600-$720. If Mr. Epstein consents to any additional testing,
whether it is an ultrasound, injection or any other in-office procedure, that will be an
additional $2000-$5000. Do you know the reason for his visit?
Dr. Paduch is seeing patients on Monday, but he is overbooked, and it will be such a long wait
for Mr. Epstein to sec Dr. Paduch. Can we schedule the appointment on Wednesday at all?
(Dr. Paduch does not see patients on Tuesdays). I see that Wednesday is his last day, would I
be limited to just a morning appointment, or can we schedule something in the afternoon as
well?
