Once and I would like to thank you for all your help and availability
during these days we were in NYC, we greatly appreciate it and thank you from the
bottom of our hearts!
FYI: we have noticed a little gas leak in the apartment while staying. Nothing to
be really worried about but I wanted to let you know so that when you get a
chance to call a specialist, he would come and have a look at it. You know they
say: better safe than sorry ;)
Another little water leak in bathroom under the sink (the floor in the corner
under sink is slowly getting damaged by the humidity).
