Bella the issue you phoned about today w=th Amex was fraud, Je was not trying to book a ticket. Pretty crazy as
the p=rson answered all the security questions correctly. Stuart from Amex wanted=to speak to JE directly, I asked Je
what happened and he said they are send=ng him a new card which should arrive by tuesday.
M ind Les, just to fill you in, Stuart from Amex phoned B=lla and said that Jeffrey had been on the phone to
him booking a ticket to Z=rich and they had been disconnected. When I phoned him back he told me the p=rson he had
been speaking to had answered all the security questions correc=ly and they were in the process of booking the ticket
when they were discon=ected.
