-September 20th NY-Tokyo nonstop =light, business class, arriving Tokyo on Sep 21st.
this would be the preferred flight:

-stay at Grand Hyatt =otel in Tokyo from Sep. 21st till the 27th (japanese style room would =e preferred if available)
Sep.27th morning (around 10-11am) take a bullet train to =yoto
hotel reservation in Kyoto from 27th =ill 30th
the preferred hotel would be =awaraya Ryokan. If not available, the second choice would be =iiragiya.
-Sep.=30th train back to Tokyo (around 11am -12pm) -Stay =t Grand Hyatt hotel till Oct. 4th.
-Oct. 4th fly =ack to NY
