Daphne and I spoke to Ms. George this afternoon. She said=that the only communication that she has received
from Ms. Richardson (on =ehalf of the board) was that Karyna needs to provide a copy of her bi=th certificate and her
"Status and Clinical Exam" results so tha= they may proceed with her application. Ms. George said that these=C2 can be
copied, scanned and emailed to her.
