Hi Phil, just heard back from Broker re: The owner is still not ready
to show, the broker said she will probably know on Monday
(late in the day) a price and when she can begin to show.
In the meantime, A large apartment came on the market in the galleria on the 34th
floor. I know your friend lives there so I thought it might be of interest to
you (even though it's not pre-war).
